CVS can keep a history file that tracks each use of the
checkout

commands. You can
use history
to display this information in
various formats.
Logging must be enabled by creating the file `$CVSROOT/CVSROOT/history'.
Warning: history
uses `-f', `-l',
`-n', and `-p' in ways that conflict with the
normal use inside CVS (see section Common command options).
